Slider Buns


  • 3/4 cup sorghum flour

  • 1/4 cup arrowroot

  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch

  • 2 Tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 Tsp salt

  • 1 TBS honey

  • 2 eggs or alternative

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1/2 cup water


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In small bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry.

Oil/butter muffin pan. Spoon batter in pan evenly (roughly halfway).

Bake immediately for 13-15 minutes, until buns start browning on top. Under-cooking will cause them to fall when cooling. Let cool for just a few minutes in pan & then finish cooling on wire rack.
