Microwave Pecan Pralines


  • 2 cups sugar (we did 1c white & 1c light brown)

  • 2/3 cup milk or alternative

  • 3 tbsp butter (or ghee)

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup


Put all ingredients except maple syrup in large glass bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 12 minutes. Remove from microwave & add maple syrup. Beat for a few minutes. Spoon onto parchment paper that has been placed over a wet towel. Let set until dry & firm and remove. If you don’t remove, they will get soggy.
