In a pinch? Need a quick dish for dinner? This one whips up real fast and is sure to please! Serves 4-6 Ingredients
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Basil
1 pound Ground Lamb
1 TBS ELVOO (Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil)
4 cups cooked Rice
Mix together mustard, ginger, salt, parsley, basil & lamb.
Heat pan to medium-high heat.
Add oil to pan and let warm.
Add lamb & let cook for a couple minutes moving it constantly to keep from sticking & burning.
Serve over a bed of rice. I made a Carrot Micro-green salad with Honey Lemon dressing to accompany this dish.
