Ginger Mustard Herbed Lamb with Rice

In a pinch? Need a quick dish for dinner? This one whips up real fast and is sure to please! Serves 4-6 Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Mustard

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Parsley

  • 1/2 tsp Basil

  • 1 pound Ground Lamb

  • 1 TBS ELVOO (Extra Light Virgin Olive Oil)

  • 4 cups cooked Rice


  • Mix together mustard, ginger, salt, parsley, basil & lamb.

  • Heat pan to medium-high heat.

  • Add oil to pan and let warm.

  • Add lamb & let cook for a couple minutes moving it constantly to keep from sticking & burning.

  • Serve over a bed of rice. I made a Carrot Micro-green salad with Honey Lemon dressing to accompany this dish.
