Garlic Honey Carrots


  • 4 Carrots, peeled & crinkle cut

  • 1 TBS Honey

  • Dash of Salt

  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped

  • 1 TBS olive oil


Wash, peel & cut up carrots. Heat a medium skillet on medium heat and then add olive oil. Mince garlic, chop shallot and add to pan. After a couple of minutes add carrots, honey & salt to pan. Cook carrots to desired softness. We like ours just a bit crunchy still & cook for about 5 minutes. The thickness of carrot slices will vary cook time.

Plate, serve and enjoy!
