Chocolate Glaze


½ cup pure maple syrup

3 TBS coconut oil

3 TBS goat milk (or whatever safe milk or alternative you have)

¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened & non-alkaline


Combine the maple syrup, milk & coconut oil in a small pan. Melt, stirring, over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds, pour in cocoa powder and remove from the heat immediately, stirring the whole time. Keep stirring until smooth. Have baked goods on wire racks with parchment paper under to catch drippings. Spread on cool cupcakes, cake, doughnuts immediately.

We have used this on our cupcakes and it was fantastic!
