Chai Muffins

1/2 tsp powdered ginger, cinnamon, cloves

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup & a half tsp maple syrup

1 egg

1&1/2 cup flour mix

1&1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 cup water


Pre-heat oven to 350° F. In a small bowl mix ginger and pepper; set aside. In a large bowl mix maple syrup and oil. Beat in egg. In the small bowl from before add flour, baking powder, and salt. Fill 12 muffin cups. Bake for 24-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool. Enjoy!
