Nice light salad! The honey lemon dressing compliments the spicy punch of the greens well.
2 oz Radish & Cress Micro-greens
1 TBS olive oil (extra light virgin)
1 TBS honey
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/8 tsp salt
Clean, peel and slice up carrots. Clean micro-greens. Toss greens & carrots into a bowl and set aside. Mix olive oil, honey, salt & lemon juice in a small dish. Serve salad & lightly drizzle dressing over the top.
This pairs great with my Ginger Mustard Herbed Lamb dish. Enjoy!
