Avocado Kiwi Chocolate Smoothie
Mom & I found a smoothie cookbook the other day & it inspired me to create my own. Mom didn't think these flavors would go together, but it is really delicious! And healthy, too.

Ingredients
1/2 an avocado
1 kiwi
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (check source for soy/corn free)
1 TBS pure maple syrup
3-4 ice cubes
milk or water
Directions
Peel & slice (or cube) avocado & kiwi. Put in blender smoothie cup. Add cocoa, maple syrup & ice. Cover with milk. Blend until smooth.
Grab a straw & try not to get brain-freeze!
