Amaranth Honey Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup Amaranth
Honey (check label for hidden ingredients)
Using a large wok: Heat wok until very hot & pour in 1 tablespoon of seeds (whole grain). Keep the seeds agitated so they do not burn. When popping is done, empty seeds into a bowl & repeat for more. Let cool to touch & mix with honey to form balls for a tasty treat or dessert.
