Baby's First Herbals
Are you looking for natural ways to support your baby's well-being? Drop in twice a month to get questions answered, be around other like-minded parents and learn what herbs are safe for your baby.

Herbalist, Kristy, will be available to discuss ways to address concerns from colic to cradle cap and everything in between. with budget-friendly suggestions. You are encouraged to come as you are. This is a judgement-free zone. We'll have a hot cup of tea ready for you!

Herbals for Helping Hands
Join herbalist, Kristy, in a sensory exploration of common herbs/plants with your preschooler. Each week there will be a seasonal story and explorative craft time. Children are encouraged to dress up for each week’s theme!

Week 1: Mermaids & Sharks - scaly skin, fear not! Learn about herbs that are good for soothing skin for bath time & after.
Week 2: Lil Chefs - tie on your aprons for easy & tasty ways to add herbs to your menu.
Week 3: Magic Potions - bring your magic wands to whip up treats with common “weeds” & garden plants. Bring your own mug for tea sampling.
Week 4: Counting Sheep - PJs & crazy hair welcome! ways to unwind & ease into sleep with herbs.

For ages 2-5 with a caregiver. Class sizes are small to encourage safe exploration. When signing up, please inform us (kristy@floricopia.net) of any allergies so that appropriate accommodations can be made.

The Art of Tea Blending
In this workshop, you’ll take a deep dive into making tea & tisane blends that you can tailor to your specific wants/needs. Herbalist Kristy Williams of Floricopia will guide you on how to blend individual herbs that meet you where you are to soothe anxiety/stress, ease into sleep, support mental clarity, and boost your immune system. Common herbs that support your well-being will be discussed. Then, you will craft your own tea blend to take home along with a few recipes. Ages 12+.

Herbal Clinic
We recognize that not everyone can afford the cost of a full consultation, so we are offering short, focused mini-consultations, free to anyone. This is your opportunity to talk with a practicing herbalist about your most important health concern, and receive personalized education about herbs that can be helpful for you!
The consultation is free. Donations are accepted.

Herbals for Cold/Flu Season
Simple, practical ways to add herbals to your daily routine.
Join herbalist, Kristy, to learn about and explore plants from common culinary herbs to wild edibles that you can easily add to your menu & day-to-day habits that will enhance your wellbeing throughout winter’s cold/flu season. You’ll discuss plants, their energetics & properties and complimenting them with your body’s constitution to make the best choices.
There will be a hands-on demonstration to make an herbal treat that you will take home to jumpstart your own herbal medicinal cabinet.

Sound Healing with Reiki
You'll be able to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while Christy Williamson of InTune Rhythm plays singing bowls, guitar, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments. Kristy Williams will provide Reiki to all participants. Leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated!
